Condition Type Exclude in a Sales document type

Dear Gurus,

Is it possible that one condition type I have created will not appear on a quantity contract even procedure is call but apply when i create the sales order with reference to quantity contract.

You need to go with modification as recommended in note 105621 where the coding should validate the contract document type or document category
