Hi Friends,

We send export declaration to Delta, from there we receive the XML error due to “The value 'Y915' of element 'menspec' is not valid”

Later we came to know that this was because of we send in Item level for the category CUAI – type “Y915”.

Actually it should have PDOC- Y915 instead on CUAI.

After changing this to PDOC, it was successful.

How to know the correct category for the type –Y915. Whether PDOC or CUAI?

Hi Santosh,

EU  Customs regulations allow for "Documents" and "Information Statements", and these are generally modelled in GTS as PDOC  and CUAI respectively.  To know which is which,  you need to refer to the Customs Tarrif for the country concerned,  or ask an experienced Customs practitioner.
