Attachment option to be enabled for Income fro other sources

Hi All,

I would like to enable attachment option for IOS application in the portal under income tax declarations, Can we enable it.

1. What version are you on?
2. What "IOS application" is this? Are you sure it is an IOS app or portal via the IOS browser?
3. What error are you getting when trying?
4. Just to ask...are you sure you set it up to handle attachments?
5. Does it work on desktop/workstation (ie. not mobile/smartphone) for you?

Hi Christopher,

We are in EHP6 System one of our customers, We are using "Income from other sources" portal application where i can see Attachments option is enabled for all other applications but where as Income from other sources we do not have it when i checked application details i found some difference, still i would like to know is there any other options that we can enable it with out enhancing it. for your reference please find below screen shots.

Ok..so again...is it working on desktop (ie. via IE browser) for you but just not on mobile device? If yes on desktop and not on mobile, it may not be supported.
