Recon and Post Automatically GLs to be excluded from Validation

Dear Experts,

I have a requirement where validation needs to be built for trading partner for certain GL accounts. In line with this a set is created.

However this validation should not apply on GL accounts that are either reconciliation accounts or flagged for auto post.

One way is to exclude these recon /auto post GL accounts from the sets purview so that they are not subject to validation.  If done this way, there is a possibility of these accounts being included in the set by mistake thereby defeating the validation logic.

Could you please let me know if there is any other way to ensure that the recon/auto post GL accounts are excluded from validation?

Hi Srinivas,

Add account type i.e.K,D,A in the validation prerequisite, then system wont check.
