User does not exist error in GRC 10.1 SP12

Hi ,

I am trying to create the new user in GRC system only by provisioning request.

Plug in installed in GRC system and required config has been maintained.

In SLG1 getting error as user does not exist .

We are in GRC 10.1 SP12.

Please suggest.

Hi Lakshmi,

Kindly check if  "Change User" and "Assign Role" Action for Create User if does not exist option is checked in Maintain Provisioning Settings.

The 2 option have to be checked in provisioning settings.

Can you share the screenshot of the same and also the Provisioning Logs.
