Hello All,
Good Day!! There are some scheduled messages at 5 to 6 PM for interfaces A but there are no messages in error not scheduled before this time , but whenever I try to resend these messages they are not being resent.
Can you please help me identify the messages which are blocking these messages or how to resend these messages? I am working on single stack.

Hi Vikas,
if there are really no messages in error state, maybe it's just a display error in message overview.
Try sync'ing via:
http://<host>:<port>/mdt/monitor/message_statistics.jsp?syncData=true
This might take some time, depending on how many messages there are in your DB. Also, this causes some DB load, so don't run it during peak hours.

I just checked the messages for the entire week and found out that there are some messages failed 2 days back but how should I come to know that those messages are blocking the messages?
How to check it?

I have added sequence ID and Sequence Number in the settings. What to do next because the screenshot mentioned in the blog seem to be applicable for RWB? Please tell me what to do next

I am on single stack. Can you please help me how to do it on single stack?
I checked all the messages before this time when these messages are stuck but there are no messages stuck for one complete day from this time.
I am monitoring this way
