When we perform Batch determination in our Production Orders the list reveals batches with have zero stock. To compound his worse they are shown at the top as a total of the inventory.
Batch | Split Qty | Available Qty |
---|---|---|
A | 1 | 10 |
B | 5 | |
C | 5 |
This is what we see in batch determination of quantity=1 that Batch 'B' and 'C' have legitimate 5 qty each but Batch 'a' which has '0' stock (in MMBE E.G.) is being picked up and looks like it has 10 qty.
I need the system to only pick Batch 'B' and 'C' as these have stock.
any help appreciated
Hello
On the standard system, batches with zero stocks are always selected, But you can use the VB_BD_SELECTION Business Add-In (BAdI) from Note 585576 to preselect batches.
