SRM: Attachment not deleting in SC when changes done at ME52n

Hi All,

I am adding a attachment in Me52n and moving the line item in the screenshot to SRM through(BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER) program.

A SC is created with the attachment.

Now the user is deleted the attachment in Me52n for the same PR and same line item and moving to SRM but the attachment is not getting deleted.

Any idea what could be the reason.Is it the standard behavior of the SRM.

Hello Dinesh,

My first check would be, if any changes in the purchase requisition are updated in SRM.

For that purpose I would for example change the quantity of the requisition and re-run BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER.

I'm not quite sure, if this function only creates SRM documents, but also updates these.

Once you have got an answer to the above you can investigate further (e.g. create an OSS message).

Hi Franz,

Qty and Price are getting updated.Only the Attachments are not getting updated.New attachments can be added but when deleted it is not reflecting in the Shopping cart.

Without having a test system with plan driven procurement available (me, that is) it's difficult to make more suggestions.

You might want to create an OSS message.
