All condition types flowing in sale order are only from pricing procedure what you set and I hope, you should be knowing this. Having said this, unless, you have some condition type for this deduction, it will not be possible with the standard configuration. Moreover, you need to tell from Business point of view, what exactly you were trying to achieve
