JAVA stack app server 7.01 connection to SLD

Hi ,

I need to connect the JAVA stack 7.01 app server to SLD, but I don't see the go script under the /admin directory and not able to launch visual administrator for establishing the connection in SLD data supplier.

so the NW 7.01 app server will not have the visual admin ? , if so how to connect the system with SLD and solman for the LMDB and managed system config for that system.

Please give your suggestion and inputs..

When you install the Application Server, you will get an option to connect your

SMD Agents to Solution Manager

SLD to the Solman which will update the LMDB as well.

Try running the sapinst again just  or SWPM and connect it thru here.

Once the information is syncronized thru SLD to LMDB, and also the SMD to Solman, then you can run the Manage System Config again.

Still the question is not answered.

Is NW 7.01 app server not having visual admin tool?

The link provided by you applicable to NW 7.01 system app server?

Hi Daniel.

On your CI JAVA system is it already connected to SLD? if it is yes, then it will be applicable for all JAVA application servers on CI system.

Visual Admin is replaced by NWA for NW AS Java >= 7.1
