Search Functionality not working in SAP BW/4HANA

Hi All,

Once I create any object in BW/4HANA in BWMT, I am not able to find the same under any folder/info-area.

Also, due to this I am not able to create Composite Provider as I have to find the object which I want to Join or Union with.

Please let me know if anybody has come across this issue.

Hi Mayank,

Do you mean Searching BW Object ends up with no results found message eventhough Object is in active state?

If you want see your BW object in particular infoarea, click on link with Editor Button and then try searching for Object So that it will navigate you to the particular infoarea.

Also while Adding Part Providers for HCPR, check once Radio Button  Info Provider is checked not SAP HANA view.

Hi Mukta,

Yes my objects are in active state but I get error as"

"An internal error occurred during: "Processing BW search query: ZPOV_DSO".

Unable to deploy view (TLOGO: ADSO, view name: PRIMARY)"

And this error comes for all the activated objects also I can't see my objects Under

My Prj --> BW Repository-->Infoarea.

I have created multiple objects and in active state but I can't see any object (either active or inactive)

Regarding CP, I am aware of Radio button usage, it is set to Info-provider only.

Hi Mayank,

Please use latest Modelling tools Version 1.15 to solve the issue.

Also if you again come across this same issue, try to implement Note 2342306.
