Hi Experts,

We need a urgent help for a critical issue we are facing wrt slg1 logs for external requirement. In ECC we can see that the Outbound queue SMQ1 has failed with msg: "application aborted due to serious problems" but when we check in SLG1 in SRM the error logs are not coming up. All I can see is the time of error. (please find attached screenshot)

Please suggest what could be the issue of no logs in SLG1 and how to correct the same and also suggest how to understand what the issue with PR which got stuck in SMQ1 in ECC.

Thank you.

Regards,

Abhishek

Hi Abhishek,

Did you check ST22 in ECC for the corresponding time in which SLG1 log was generated ?

Hi Abhisekh,

You won't get error in SRM as error encountered in ECC side.Error in ECC should be fixed first.

Please elaborate  what action you are doing in ECC.

Thanks

Hi Shuvrajyoti,

Whenever the queues in ECC are stuck in error we do get error logs in SLG1 in SRM. We used to get by last Friday, referring to which we correct the error and then again retransfer the same requisition from ECC.

Thanks.

Please do check the RFC connection and authorization of the service user used in transfer.

Thanks
