ODATA_CALLING_ERROR:OData call failed

Hi all,

I am doing Success Factors implementation and I am getting this error. ODATA_CALLING_ERROR:OData call failed in the SXMB_MONI of the ECC system.

We are doing the onboarding scenario. I have attached the screenshots of the channel here. Please suggest whether something needs to be changed
