I get the following error on Phase 22 of 23 during the installation:
An error occured while processing
SAP NetWeaver '04 Support Release 1> Java System>MaxDB>
Central System> Custom Installation - Java System
I hit the 'View Log' button, and saw the following error at the end of th file:
<u><b><b>ERROR 2005-05-10 19:00:00
CJS-20058 J2EE Engine JC00 of SAP system J2E did not reach state "Starting Applications" after 1132 seconds: giving up.</b></b></u>
The log also said that the files: 'icudt26.dll' wasw not found and copied. This was a warning message, not an error.
I looked in the \usr\sap\J2E\JC00\exe diretory, and I did not find "icudt26.dll", but I did find "icudt26l.dll"
Do you have any ideas or suggestions ?
Thanks

HI John,
I think you have not copied the export directories correctly that's why this error has occurred.

The installation was tried in 2005.
Maybe using WAS 6.3 or 6.2. These SAPInst versions didnt´ support Terminal Services ver well (SAP note 544988):
+"Do not use Microsoft Terminal Server for any installation
procedure with SAPinst for early 6.20 releases.
To check, use the command "sapinst -v".
If the result is "621", "620", and "version 1" do not use
Microsoft Terminal Server. To connect remotely to server hosts,
use applications like Symantec pcAnywhere or VNC instead."+
Hi,
Apply the latest Kernel Patch on the server and retry for the installation.
hope this should work.
