Transport Layer Security between SAP PI and MS SQL Server

Former Member

Hello -

We are trying to implement Transport Layer Encryption between SAP PI and MS SQL Server,

We referred to the this link - https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb879949(v=sql.105).aspx to understand which properties need to be set.

We set the properties integratedSecurity = true, encrypt = true and trustServerCertificate = true in the advanced tab of the Receiver JDBC Channel.

Now when we try to test this, we don't see any change in the Message logs. How to find out whether any Transport Layer Encryption happened?

Thanks and Regards,

Neha Singh

Hi Neha,

If it is not not a matter for you, could you please provide an update on the t-code STRUST pse certificate in PI as the STRUST pse certificate only gets applicable if you use SSL/HTTP services like that. Also check the parameters & other details like listed in the below,

Thanks,
