ITSM Documentation for SAP Solution Manager 7.2
I am installing a new system with SAP Solution Manager 7.2.
I successfully passed the first 3 mandatory steps - System Preparation, Infrastructure Preparation, Basic Configuration.
Now I need to configure ITSM, but I can't find any guide.
I can't fully understand the steps in the IT Service Management Scenario
Please provide some implementation steps and information on basic terms , like transaction type and so on....
