documentation of actions, when reviewing EWA

Hi,

we've to document the review of EWAs and actions done.

Are there any best practices to do so in SolMan (we are on 7.1 SP12 in the moment).

I didn't find any documentation how to use the transaction (started from SM_WORKCENTER) with all actions.

Hi Prakhar,

thanks for providing the links.

We've already configured for creating the EWAs in our SolMan, but we've to document our actions (eg. changing of kernel etc.).

This can also be done in SolMan, but I'm not clear, if this is useful.

The overview has the same structure than the EWA (but in SAPGui-Tree).

How can my documented actions can be reported etc.?

Hi Peter,

I am not fully sure about requirement but what I understand is to document the activities you do as part of administration or EWA etc.

There is functionality known as GPA or Guided Procedure which you can define and use as per your case
