My Inbox (Approve PO) Not showing detail information

Hi guys,

I am facing an error with My Inbox app for approve PO.
All the list of PO/PR in the master view is displayed but the information in detail view shows nothing.

I also implement a sap note (2365275), but nothings works.

Did I miss something?

Hi J,

It says that you have not configured C_PURCHASEORDER_FS_SRV which is the fact sheet service for PO.

What is 'configured' actually means?

If it means by activating the service in /iwfnd/maint_service, then I've done it as you can see in the attachment above.

I think there is a short dump in the backend. Please check.

The error says SQL exception.

You were right, the error occured in the backend (I just checked in SM21).

Any idea regarding this error?
