Hi experts,
When trying to download attached file which is 11mb from sap sost mails our server is shutting down automatically and we tried to increase our ram and paging ie ram from 12GB to 20Gb and Paging from 30GB to 60 GB but still we are unable to solve this issue kindly help us in sorting this issue and let us know any details required
