Hi Friends

I do not have  SAP website login. Can someone provide me or direct me where I can get the nine files for the Global Rulesset?

I can provide my email upon request if someone have the files to email them to me.

Hi Manjunath

Thanks for the reply. I know the stuff in the link you gave me BUT I am

after the nine files. I am using a play GRC system and the Global ruleset

files has been modified by others hence I am looking for fresh

files. Do you have them? if yes can share them with me? I can pass you

my email.

Could you try uploading the BC sets again by SCPR20, for the rulesets, you see as disturbed.

Hi Plaban.

Thanks for the reply. I am using play system of GRC which means others

are doing the same. The global ruleset has been modified by

other people hence the downloaded version is not the same that came with

the installation. This is why I am asking if someone have the original copy.

Hi Massoud,

As you are using a sandbox system kindly reactive all the relevant ARA BC sets via SCPR20 as suggested by Plaban.

This will overwrite all the data and you can download the Global Ruleset using the Logical groups like SAP_R3_LG etc...

Hope this helps.

Hi Massoud,

You first need to activate the common Ruleset (GRAC_RA_RULESET_COMMON) .

For ECC GRAC_RA_RULESET_SAP_R3 should be sufficient as this contains both Basis and HR rulesets.

Once activated download the ruleset with SAP_R3_LG as the system.

Massoud:

For longer term scalabiltiy, I always recommend the following rule sets when focusing on an ECC system only without HR being used:

GRAC_RA_RULESET_COMMON

GRAC_RA_RULESET_SAP_BASIS

GRAC_RA_RULESET_SAP_NHR

The ECCS ruleset is for Consolidations.  If you use the R3 ruleset this contains all items in the BASIS, HR, and NHR rulesets, but does not allow you to add systems only for BASIS if you decide to add a NON ECC system at a later date.

Hope this helps
