Product instance has no Diagnostics template - doubt

Hi everyones,

We actually succes connect one SAP BI 4.1 env. to our Solution manager via last version of ACTool.

but when i begin the Managed System Config. we get this error:

this occured when try to check the Diagnostig column for any row.

Any idea of whats happens, btw my CR Content its updated. and we use SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP14.

Our finish goal with this, is implement the SAP EarlyWatch alert for our SAP BI Enviroments.
