ALERT is not generating in SAP po system

Hi All,

We are using SAP 7.4 single stack.and for failures we configured  CBNA  in our system. all the configurations are good task is created an job also running fine and log is also generating with error. but the mail is not generating.

please suggest where i have to check for mail trigger.

Hi,Yes,

We did all the settings in JAVA MAIL CLIENT. and this is old settings only. previously we received the alerts.

Hi,

have you configured java mail client in AEX to send email.

check the properties in NWA > Configuration > Infrastructure > Java System Properties > under services tab , search for 'Java Mail Client'

Hi Raj,

Check this sap note 2122500 - Alerting: wrong mail receiver in e-mail consumer job

The wrong receiver is filled in the e-mail because of a programming error. The consumer job fills the value from parameter MailFrom in the e-mail receiver field.
