You understand that the upgrade of components you need to check for the relevant dependencies before doing such activities. Its showing you to check your SAP_BASIS component SAPKB74010. Here you can re-run the job & if again unsuccessful, then, check Note: 2086899, 2164430. If not happening by you in this matter, Then like our friends suggested, you need to consult your ABAP person.

Kindly check the those table status in transaction code SE14 in ABAP dictionary and database. I think you may require to create those table in DB level using the transaction code SE14 before that check the ABAPer or function consultation.
