PI sm58 stuck

Hi Experts,

I have a scenario SOAP -IDOC for GRN data processing at SAP.

If  thirdparty triggers 10 line items for GRN at the same time,one line item stuck in PI sm58 with the following error message and not reaching to ECC

DB error:SQL error 3114 occured .

Please  suggest how to avoid stucking in PI.

Hello Kalpana,

This is due to the table space issue. There is no database space left to add more records for the new messages.

Please ask your Basis team to increase the database memory allocation.

Pls check the below thread.  It might help.

Also check st22 for error log.
