UI Fields not showing up correctly after upgrade

Hi All,

We have completed a CRM upgrade from EHP 2 to EHP 3. The UI fields are not showing up correctly. Screenshot below (input text boxes borders are not closed and appear open ended)

I tried searching for notes and also compared the configuration with the older system. Additionally,  I tried to decrease the column length but that also did not help.

However, if I try the same thing in Chrome, it works fine.

Hi Abhishek!

If u try to do this things in IE u can choose in option IE browser -  Compatibility mode.
