SAP NWBC Help Center FAQ JPG

Hello,

In SAP NWBC help center,

I wanted to know if it supports pictures in contents.

e.g. when I copy pasted screenshot in FAQ..

it replace image with above text.

Is there any configuration missing?

Thanks for the reply,

I meant in transaction SHC_ADMIN (or locally in help center)

I try to create one FAQ

as below

but wen I save,

the image is disappeared

I wanted to know if its standard behaviour and we cant have pictures in the answer of FAQ.
