Automatic Outbound Campaign

Good day!
I'm trying to automate outbound campaign without the human party.

I decided to use puppet-agent, but do not know how to automate two points:
1) automatically transfer the successful call to the call transfer list
2) automate call results and End Wrap-Up

Is there any solution?
Or perhaps there is another way to automate campaign?
