Configure the Related Data fields in the OPI Instance Information list?

Hi all,

I have a OPI process with a large Context view with many columns.

In the Phase and Measure tiles, I have configured a small subset of Attributes that are relevant to that Phase.  This works correctly.

However, when I view the instance-level item on the Information tab, all the fields from the Context view are shown.  This is a very long list, with many blank and irrelevant fields.  Is it possible to configure or restrict this field list?

Hello Andrew,

No. Information tab is meant to show all the output of the context calculation view used in phases and measures. If you want to limit the attributes shows in information tab, then you can create an external measure - which means a measure in another calculation view and restrict the out of this calculation view to the ones you need. This is a crude workaround. Better would be to remove the not-required attributes from the context calculation view itself or from the business scenario attributes.

Thanks Archana,

In my case all the fields in the calculation view are useful in one phase or another, so I don't want to remove them fully from the scenario.  I have selected the relevant subset suitable for each phase.

I would expect that the Information tab would also show the relevant fields only.  Maybe ina future release?!

Anyway, thanks for your advice, and I will look at using external measures.
