SAP PI 7.4 Dual Stack or SAP PI 7.5 Dual Usage

Hi Experts,

We are planning a small upgrade for our PI 7.3 Dual Stack system.

Due to license restrictions of SAP we cannot move to PO (Java only AAEX).

In current circumstances what is a better option and stable version:

the PI 7.4 Dual Stack or the PI 7.5 Dual Usage?

Hi Yossi,

• PI 7.4 dual stack and PI 7.5 dual usage both use the same functionality, the only difference is PI 7.4 is java 6 compatible and 7.5 java 8 compatible.
• I think better option for you to go for PI 7.5 dual usage then in future when you go to single stack AEX will be easy to migrate because you just need to cut ABAP stack which is already in separate system.
