sapcontrol -nr 00 -function GetVersionInfo
Run the above command and check the version of the kernel files.
If you have an inconsistent kernel, this can happen. If the files are not on the same patch level then update the kernel files and run the command again.

Hello,
Did we upgraded kernel anytime recently ?
Try to delete the SAP service and create again and then restart complete OS and try. It might solve your problem.

Hi,
I suppose the full status of disp+work is "Running, Message Server connection ok, but Dialog Queue info unavailable". if yes, please 2237021 for root cause and solution:
2237021 - Method GetProcessList returns dispatcher Running but Dialog Queue info unavailable
Thanks and best regards,

As you know, that if you use Dual Stack system(ABAP+JAVA), then, the JAVA system takes a little bit time to start in compare to the ABAP Process. I think you have stated your this system after many days which is why you are getting this issue suddenly now. So, Like our friends informed to restart, you do that, but in case its not working, then, you need to have a look in the following :-
Network Settings(in Windows Microsoft Loopback Adapter),
System-Time(does it need any adjustment if your system is demo/ides system),
Kernel part regarding Java(might need replacing)
You mentioned, that you can login into the system, which means, with the help of my guessing power, I can understand that you are able to login through the ABAP system. If you JAVA system would have been running, then you could have been able to login to the Java System as well. Hope you know that you can login to the JAVA System by using in your Browser, http://localhost:50000. Here 5 after that 1st 00 refers to the Central Instance of your installation, next 00 is for the portal login service. For example, if the last 00 would have been replaced with 13, then, you will be able to open the sapwebmmc.
So, I guess, you can just let us know only after checking all the above.
Thanks,
Kaushik

Sorry, by saying check network, I did not mean to say that you have done any manual network settings. But instead of that, like in our network settings, we can go by using in CMD -> ncpa.cpl
If we open the network details in our systems, it would look like
So here I would be asking you here you reply back once you have fixed this from your Network Team side. Or when & only you will be able to post the network details of your server, then only you should update here.
It is a fact that in recent days I have come by users who will update from their side that there is no issue from our side & no recent changes anywhere or anything, but still we are facing problem. They just want to state that its a bug, when we know, in fact its not bug. Sometimes these kind of issues we also face, because the DHCP server acts automatically, & in general cases, in normal companies there generally do have a DHCP Administrator special post for that purpose only. If you are saying next-time that there is no changes & its bug, I would better suggest you if & only if you have service market login, then go ahead & create a ticket.
As we cannot see your system directly, so you also have to look harder into the issue & then only you can find the cause & sort it out
Thanks,
Kaushik
If your network connection is so correct, like you are mentioning, then why is it facing Hiccups regarding Gateway service as network issues as per your only mentioned details, as highlighted below,
If your network configuration is so perfect, as you say, then why are you not becoming bold enough to show your network configuration here.
Anyways do you have a old Kernel as backup to use? Could you try using that Old-Kernel?? IS this your practise/demo system????
Thanks,
Kaushik
Ok, assuming that the DNS or Gateway Server exists, could you mention the OS version? Although it looks here like you have manually entered those values just for the sake of taking print-screen here to attach, I would also love to see the IP details/configuration screen-shot of those correspondence servers 192.168.1.1, 202.148.200.3, 202.148.202.3 also, just to make sure to all the viewers here that there is no network issue & trust me I am kind of a knowledgeable person in the DHCP Servers.
Also would like to see the print-screen of system-time of those servers as well as your SAP server where the issue is going on.
Also check that there is no hardware issues like disk-drive failures or other hardware issues going on, on your correspondence SAP Server.
Thanks,
Kaushik
