searching for Friday coffee

and tried to find the famous 48 pages long discussion 

Its Friday  🙂

So I entered "Its Friday"  into the search bar.

But nothing relevant showed up.

It did not even consider the qualified search with ""

Have the coffee corner discussions not been migrated to the archive?

This is bizarre, I restarted the laptop, played with the network settings, disabled the add-ons - no success.

Anyway, I am glad that it is just me having this issue - probably some members really like this feature, but I don't rely on it. Maybe it will reappear later on its own for me, too.

I too don't get any type ahead proposals in the search today

Don't you get suggestions when you are in the "Create a new question" mask? I don't get any either in the search, only when creating new questions after I put in the title.

when I create a new question in Q&A then I get this dancing proposal section, even it has rarely any relevant content , but in the coffee corner it is actually creating a discussion and here is nothing showing up.

I think, the CC is currently not really on the priority list. There are some things that need to change there (like not giving a content sneak peak or unlinking that "Coffee Corner" link in the overview that leads to a confusing "questions" page etc).

I played a bit more with my settings, restarted the browser once again and now I managed to get the proposals to show in the answers page - everything is fine, false alarm. Only coffee corner discussions don't have this option, but it is not very important here.

It seems the content is migrated - I can find and access it from two other search options:

https://onedx.find.sap.com/s#t=%22Its%20Friday%20%3A-%29%22&n=1&p=default&repo=srh and  https://archive.sap.com/discussions/search?searchTerm=%22Its%20Friday%22 .

The weird part is, that when I tried to search in https://answers.sap.com/content/kbentry/list.html with the same search criteria as you, I got 168 results, not zero.

I found no way to get the search to consider the complete phrase as a whole (I tried with and without the special characters, with and without quotes, plus signs - no success), and the entry was still missing, even though I listed the complete set of results.

Especially in this case, not being able to specify an exact phrase is inconvenient, because these words are very common.

I also noticed, that I don't see anymore the proposals of existing questions in SAP Answers and in Coffee Corner when I start typing in the search bar - I wonder if this is somehow related to the problem.

I got the proposals yesterday, when I created a new question. They showed up, after I put in the title of my question. They change if you change the question, so it seems it's a live search.

EDIT: I get 1967 results.

I find it strange, that the search in the CC switches of to the result page of the q&a. It's a bit confusing IMO, that I start in the Coffee Corner and end up at the Q&A section, just because I did a search.

I also had the list yesterday, but today it does not show in any of my browsers (different laptops and OS) - IE11, Firefox, Pale Moon, Google Chrome. I even tried the exact search as you when connected via a VPN - no luck. It does not seem related to browser updates or installed add-ons. Can you tell me with which browser version you are still able to get the list?

I'm using IE11 and just tested it in Firefox, too. Works both for me.
