Hi Reddy,

Not sure error I faced is similar to you or not, try below option.

Activate receiver channel updating fingerprint as <NA>, so you will get an error log, which contains fingerprint value.

Update that fingerprint value in channel configuration with credentials and check.

Hi Ajinkya,

Thanks for the reply.

I have upadated NA as fingerprint and i checked , getting same error message as Fingerprint invalid. if i give <*> as fingerprint it is reaching successfully.

Thanks,

Reddy

Hi Reddy,

Have you tried with that fingerprint value in error message, copy that fingerprint value from error message and put it in channel configuration, activate it and check it.

Also check whether PI server IP Address has been updated/whitelisted at new SFTP Server end or not.

Ajinkya

Reddy,

This has to be cache issue . Check if cache is up to date

Navigate to RWB-->Adapter Engine-->Cache Monitor under that in channel section chekc if it has the latest host / fingerprint.

if in the above screenshot if u still see old host then the issue is with cache is not getting update.

  • try to stop and start the channel once.
  • try creating another channel with new details .

Hello Reddy,

Try re-configuring the Receiver Aggrement and check.
