VKM5 - Delivery release issue, output fields are appearing blanks

Hi Experts,

In VKM5, when we for DN release, in the output all the customer related fields are coming empty like NAME1, Credit value, Open Delivery, Receivables etc.

We even maintained credit limit for that customer but it did not help. Is there any issue in Sale order level or item level ?

Please post your valuable suggestion as what could be the possible issues. Kindly refer screen shot for more details.

Hi,

If output fields are showing blank then the first thing you should do is to check it ABAP guy and analyse the smart-form.

Can you check whether any of the layout variant that you have used is causing this issue or not. Also can run VKM4 and put this delivery and see whether the same happens there also.
