I am not able to open the webide launcher from last three days. Is there any having update related to the same....

I am able to open Web IDE without any issues.
Can you try opening the URL https://webide-<P-USER>trial.dispatcher.hanatrial.ondemand.com/
just replace your P-user in place of <P-USER> in the URL and check.
