host exception data not available in system monitoring

Hello All,

we have three solution managers in one of our projects(solution manager 7.1) and the status of Host Exception data is showing Grey in system monitoring for some of the hosts, we have tried everything we know to resolve it but had no luck. Please help us with the resolution. I am attaching the screenshot

can you please share what did you maintain in host template for File systems..
