Custom duty calculation error

Hi Friends,

I have encountered with a peculiar scenario where Customs duty calculation is not happening for second line item

This customs duty is showing error when we use Incoterm Other than FOB

the error message is attached

i tried to check the Function module /SAPSLL/LEGAL_TLC_DIST_ALG ,but i am not able to figure it out the relation between Incoterm and Calculation.

Is this standard behaviour or i need to find for some exit/ code specific to INCOTERM?

please guide me how to resolve it
