Hi SAP expert,

I wanna ask about one time formula of bill of material.

Can I create one time Bill of Material in SAP PP?

If I can , How can I make it?

I need to create bill of material which only use for one time only.It's similar with one time customer in sales order.I need one time bill of material for rework process.

You can directly add components at order level, if required. Creation of order without BOM/Routing is possible. Search in the forum.

     You can use CS61 that is Sales order BOM.

Hello

AS per my understanding, there is no one time BOM concept.

If you think that the BOM should not use further after the Production, you may put the BOM components manually in the Production order

OR

You may create the BOM and change its status to Not active. This may also lead to stop further usage of BOM.

Also if the rework order is created with CO07 than it is suggested to add component in production order level

Hi,

     For Rework process create a seperate BOM usage & assign it with selection ID & BOM application.

     Then assign that BOM application in order type dependent paraments.
