FPT8 custom fields on selection screen

We have few custom fields in DFKKKO, DFKKOP, DFKKOPK.

While running FPT8, under the custom selection, the Z fields are not available.

Is there a way to include the Z fields here?

Hi,

Go to SE80 and check the Selection view SAP FICA_DOC under the package FKKB.

In the view check whether the custom fields that you have created in DFKKKO , DFKKOP and DFKKOPK are maintained in the table under the view SAP FICA_DOC.

Now you can assign the Functional ID 30 for header , 50 for BP Item and 40 for GL Item to these custom fields.

Once the above is done, you need to enhance the structure, FKKJOURNAL_ALV to incorporate these custom fields.

After this, it should come in the report output layout, from where you can select the fields to display it in the output.

Thanks Amlan. This helped.

I am successful in pulling the Z fields on the selection screen.

However the Z fields are not populated inside the ALV. It has the value in database but the ALV is showing empty.

Any clue?

Hi,

I hope you have used the component, CI_FKKJOUR, to incorporate the custom fields from the different tables in structure, FKKJOURNAL_ALV.

Now, in FPT8, choose the option "Document  in full' and then you can change the line layout to have these fields and then based on whether you have assigned these at the BP line item level or GL line item, the column and its corresponding value will be displayed.
