We are utilizing the product hierarchies by part to under stand our load profiles and equivalent units. Our engineers are pushing more top level assemblies into our Variable Configurator, the only problem is that the VC makes all part numbers the same part number. From a loading point of view, all orders look to be the same family and equivalent unit at the SO level. Is there any means for our VC to define you unique part numbers of hierarchies?
