visualization mode after saving ticket

Hi Experts:

We use Solution Manger 7.1 SP 13.

The requirement is to have the ticket in visualization mode automatically after saving.

Is there any standard parameter or customizing available?

Hi Christina:

If you want "visualization mode" after save a message (incident or service request), you should apply the following SAP Note:

1982658 - Display/Edit mode set when a document is saved in IT Service Management.
