SD_SO_MON application is showing only one record

Hi Experts,

We have configured the track sales order fiori application but when we are running it, we are getting only one record and in the backend we have 3 records.

Can you please help us for the same?

Hi,

In the back end system go to the transaction SIMGH, in IMG structure select Track Sales Orders and select Display IMG Structure. On the next screen execute the node Define Configuration Parameters. Now check if you have defined the parameter ORDPERIOD and maintained a value against it (for e.g. 30). This parameter Defines how many days into the past sales orders are retrieved.

We run the tcode SIMGH but we got the blank window . please find the attachment for the same. Is there any component missing for the same?
