Alerts coming to inbox stopped suddenly.

Hi,

I setup the Alert monitoring and all the sudden they stopped coming into my mailbox, but if I got the display alerts it is showing ACTION_REQUIRED and then i run the start --> auto reaction method manually, then mail is coming. I check the release is auto reaction set.

Any one let me know where to check, as everything looks fine.

Hi Chander,

Because the trigger of sending emails works within the transaction I would check if the background job is still scheduled. Otherwise activate background job again:

RZ21 -> Technical infrastructure -> Method execution -> Activate central system dispatching.

Make sure you are in the right client!
