Inbound IDOCs are missing.

Hi Guys,

               We are testing SOAP to IDOC Scenario.

SOAP request are successfully processed by PO. I can see the Business System in the Destination in Monitoring.

But the IDOC not received in the ECC system.

I check the Logical Destination, Distribution model, Port and Partner Profile.

not sure where the Problem is. I can't see any entries in WE05 or BD87.

Don't see any Queue entries in the IDOC inbound Queue either.

Hi Sam,

if you are on double stack and use the ABAP IDoc adapter, check SM58 and SMQ1 on PI.

It's a PO 7.4 Single Stack.

Hi Sam,

Check the RFC destination as configured in your receiver channel is pointing to the correct system and client

Yes it's pointing to the right Destination.

It's a PO 7.4 Single stack.

Wondering is there any test to send data and see whether it works..

Funny Thing is PO doesn`t throw any error about the process.

Hi Sam,

Do you see message logged in the IDoc Adapter Monitor ( nwa > soa > monitoring > Idoc adapter monitor )

you can change your logging to 'info' to get more detailed information for idoc. (nws > troubleshooting > logs and traces > log configuration )
