XI alerts

Hi,

I receive multiple alerts from RWB for a particular message ID/Sender Interface.I tried the option "Suppress multiple alerts  of this rule" under alert configuration for that particular alert.The alert mails have stopped coming however,

Is it the correct solution?.Do i receive any further alerts or it has completely stopped sending alerts?.

Please suggest.

Hi Dinakar,

• You need to confirm open alerts
• You need to delete the expired alerts then new alerts will be coming to your email.
• Schedule the report RSALERTPROC to delete the expired alerts.

Hello Dinakar,

Suppress alerts will suppress the further alerts for the same rule,So that should be correct in your case.

You will get one mail for sure once the alert rule criteria is met.
