Check if you see any error messages in the browser's console.
Also when you click on the Create New Travel Request button check in the Network tab what URL is it getting redirected to and if this is the correct URL.

In case you are using central hub architecture is the request for the web dynpro app going to the correct back end system (where the web dynpro app exists) when you click on the button? You can check this also in the Network tab. If the requests does not get routed to the correct back end system then you need to check if the system alias (which would be mentioned in the System Alias property of the application in the launchpad in LPD_CUST) is configured correctly - this should be a destination of type H.
