hi

According to note:2289984,I add rfc SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL.

but when i test connection,there is a issue :Connect to apps.support.sap.com:443 failed:NIEHOS.

1. The Path Prefix has to be EMPTY.

2. In case your Solution Manager does not have access to Internet:

Independent on the status http: your SAP Solution Manager does not have access to the internet. You have either to maintain the proxy server in tab “Technical Settings” in frame “HTTP Proxy Options”, or you must use a router string in field “Target Host” to use your SAP Router for the connection.

  • For the proxy settings, please maintain the data according to your company policy.
  • To use SAP Router instead of direct Internet communication, please proceed as follows:
    • Open a new SAP GUI window.
    • Call transaction SM59.
    • Open ABAP connection “SAP-OSS”.
    • Copy the value in field “Msg. Server”.
    • Switch back to the SAP GUI window to continue to maintain the destination “SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL”
    • Paste the copied value into field “Target Host”
    • Replace the trailing “oss001” with “apps.support.sap.com” (e.g. “/H/1.2.3.4/S/3299/oss001” would become “/H/1.2.3.4/S/3299/H/apps.support.sap.com”)
    • The field “Service No.” will remain with value “443”.
