To use Recommendations, does Hybris Commerce integration compulsory?

Dear Experts,

We are implementing Hybris S4HANA Marketing Cloud for one of our client and they want Recommendations (offers and product recommendations).

But currently they dont have Hybris Commerce, they have only SAP ECC and C4C.

Would you please suggest whether we can implement Recommendations without Hybris Commerce Integration?

If yes, can we use the recommendations in Campaigns? There is a video in our Youtube Hybris Marketing channel explains how to use offers and products in email campaigns. Are they the same coming from Recommendations module?

Hi,

SAP Hybris Marketing Recommendation can be consumed in sales E-Mail campaigns.

You can have prepackaged integrations to ECC as well.

Hi Ramneek,

We would like to integrate SAP ECC for product recommendations and would like to use them in marketing campaigns along with offers.

We are going to use version 1608 of S4HANA Marketing Cloud for this to integrate with SAP ECC 6.0 EHP7.
