Hello Friends,

  We have an urgent issue in PRD system, We have received below dumps in PRD.

When i check the Alert log file, I can see the below error.

ORA-03137: TTC protocol internal error : [3146] [] [] [] [] [] [] [].

As we are having two node cluster, Now the instance is running under secondary node after those dumps.

As like once when i tried to move from secondary node to primary node, DB crashed(That is different error).

Can i down the instance and move to primary node, Kindly suggest.

Also please find the alert log file for your reference.

Hi,

which level of SAP kernel do you have ?
I saw before errors like you have ORA-03137: TTC protocol internal error;
these errors are not harmful (like data corruption etc), they mean that you have client/server
connection issues.

ORA600 is complicated, you need to check those errors more precisely.
At least check the database for block corruptions using RMAN.

What is your platform? Oracle version?
What kind of cluster do you have? How you have split the DB/SAP components in cluster?
How are you moving the packages from one node to another, and what kind of packages they are
(oly DB, or DB+SAP?)

P.S. checked your alert log, there is defenitelly something wrong with memory allocation in your Windows system.
You need to recheck the configuration you have more detailed, maybe involve someone with more deep knowledge,

at least from that I see, a lot of improvements can be done on your system.
