EWA alert configuration from Solution Manager 7.1

Hello All,

I am getting requirement in EWA report to configure  CTS+ i Solman_setup for java installation.

I cannot find any guide for this part in. Is it any documentation for CTS+ setup in solman_setup. There is for charm but not for CTS+.

Dear Reza,

Did you perform the CTS+ reporting step in the Managed System Configuration as the error help states? Maybe the extractor setup failed. Please check this and repeat the Extractor Setup once again (step 7 or 😎 in the SOLMAN_SETUP.

Afterwards, the corresponding EWA chapter should provide a green rating.
