I have problems with REX, because the section of types of visits, shows the codes of the types and not the description.

How it can solve? Please see attached.

Hi Claudia,

I was referring to the CRM Configuration.

You should have maintained the Spanish descriptions for the device types

Additionally please also define the device languages and fallback language

Make an entry for Spanish and also the fallback language say English to be used for missing language specific texts, of course then the texts should have been maintained in the fallback language also

Finally when you are performing your initial sync from the device make sure that you chose the language as Spanish so that the language specific texts are downloaded to the device.

Finally it was resolved.

CRM configuration was perfect.

The problem was the language of the Ipad.
